Quite in-depth application, including writing about past experience if applicable. Offered pre-recorded video interview about a month after applying for the placement. Video interview is done through Hire Vue, you are given a practise question to start with which is not sent to BAE, then the interview starts. There are around 5 questions, and you have a maximum of 3 minutes to answer each question with as much detail as possible. I found it quite strange as this was my first video interview, and it is slightly disconcerting not having another person to rapport with when speaking, but overall I felt my interview went well

Online tests required after I completed my online application. Tests included numerical and verbal reasoning tests. Found out test results immediately, took roughly 5 days to hear off recruitment inviting me to an interview.
