Entretien
Note this isn't the normal process (there is usually an assessment day as well as in person final interview) but due to COVID 19 this is what their recruitment process was for the higher apprenticeship.
Online tests: fairly standard with an emphasis on maths.
Solo video interview: A little weird but the questions were fairly easy to answer and they were spoken recording's from the recruitment team which was a nice personal touch given the isolated nature of recruitment during lockdown.

their were 4 questions in total, each with ample time to prepare. as far as i am aware bae use the same questions depending upon which role you have applied for
