Online Interview was on Hirevue for an insight experience. There was 4 questions to answer within 3 minutes with 1 minute thinking time and 3 games at the end. It takes approximately 30 mins to 1 hour to complete. The questions were all about your experience and what you did, what was a challenge you faced, how did you overcome it and what was the result of your decision.

This was an online video interview. I had expected this to be like a Skype interview, speaking face-to-face with a recruiter or member of staff at the company. However, instead it involved watching a prerecorded question (with the text on screen). You then had 30 seconds to prepare and record an answer up to 3 minutes long. There were a couple of practice questions but, due to the strange nature of this type of interview, I would suggest practising elsewhere first.

Online application with competency based questions, answers questions such as why do you want to work here (what motivates you), about its products, recent news about the company, typical leadership, initiative, teamwork and planning and organisation.
