The whole interview process from beginning to end was handled very well.
Within a week of applying I was selected for an interview. Once the time and date had been agreed I was sent more info about the company and how the interview process would be.
This was very helpful as I could adequately prepare for the kind of interview it would be which was mainly competency based.
The interviewers where friendly and professional. It lasted 1 hour.
General questions tell me about yourself, experience up to date, what you are looking for in the next role, why you applied for the role and what on the job role description appealed to you most.
Then the next round I didn't do so well in. A component was shown and I was asked why a certain material was used and why it was design this way etc. I wasn't familiar with the part or how it worked so drew a blank as soon as I was shown it.
The next questions where competency based.
I received a phone call after a week to let me know I hadn't made it and they also offered feedback about the interview which is something that I have never received and I was appreciative for.
Overall good interviewing experience.
