If you can speak in coherent sentences and come off somewhat professional, you will leave with an offer. They just need bodies due to high turnover rate. It was more conversational then anything else.
Interview was quick and insightful. Every person who I talked to represented the company well and gave so much detail when I asked questions. Overall it was a very easy interview process.
Quick and easy process, You'll meet with your potential manager and a hiring CRE, who assess your ability, then sit you down with an ISR to shadow them so you have an idea of what your day to day will be like.

It almost seemed like it was hard to get a job here. Like they really screened employees. In reality they just ask you enough questions to make sure you seem like the type of person they can convince to stay for a while.
