The process involves filling in an online application which was successful and led to an interview. I was extremely prepared for the interview. From the moment I walked into the room the atmosphere was negative. I understand this can be an interview technique but I understood it more to be the norm for this organisation. Overall the experience was very disappointing and disheartening.

The company put me through 7 rounds of interviews over several months with significant gaps between each stage. There was no clear communication about timeline, feedback, or what each round was meant to assess. It felt reactive rather than planned.
The biggest frustration: after investing considerable time across all those interviews, I received a generic rejection email with no meaningful feedback or context. No phone call, no explanation of where I fell short, nothing that would help me understand the decision or learn from the experience.
Positives: The interviewers themselves were professional when we did meet.
Verdict: The company needs to get their hiring house in order. Too many rounds, too much dead time between them, and poor closing communication. Respect candidates' time by streamlining the process and being transparent about next steps.

Final stage interview. Speed dating style at the London Office where there were around 7 tables all asking questions based on different competencies/ interests and concepts in a legal area of your choice
Two interviews, both technical. A task was assigned beforehand, on which questions were asked on during. Example, review the code and give insights, or review this project scope and propose a solution
