I had one interview with the Product Manager and one of the team’s Software Engineer Lead. It was split in 2 parts: get-to-know and behavioural questions and a live pair programming task. The codebase is given beforehand but you only get the tasks to do during the interview.

Filling an application form. There was a lot of curious questions not related to technical and soft skills. And which of them was the cause of rejecting my application - any hints. Just rejected.

Reached out for an interview several months after my application. Did 3 interviews and an assessment, didn't get the job and am still waiting for feedback a year later. Their communication was pretty bad but otherwise it was fine.
