Very interesting - the initial application included answering a set of 'quirky' questions that's not your typical interview questions. I had a lot of fun being creative with the answers. Interview itself was fairly casual, spoke 2-3 members of the team. It was over in 45mins.

Starts with a project of 5ish questions of varying randomness, but connect back to your ability to answer briefs creatively. Followed by an interview with creatives. If you pass, then you move on to the final round which is a final project.

Entretien
Two really informal interviews which lasted 30 minutes each. No trick questions just interested to learn more about you and your interest in advertising. This was followed by an assessment day where we were asked to prepare a 3 minute presentation on something we were interested in. This had to be presented in front of all the other candidates.
