I submitted my resume and after a month I received an email for 1st level screening. It was good. I think I did good but I am still waiting for the results. The phone call screenig was very friendly

The interview was a three step process and began 3 weeks after I applied for the position. Steps were:
1- interview, 2- assignment, 3- meeting with new boss. Interview required knowledge of the field and in depth responses

There was an Human Resources screening call followed by 2 interviews, the first with two more junior employees, and the 2nd with the same two employees plus the Director of the department.

Question 1
Lots of general questions closely related to the job. Structured like a government interview where you had a set amount of time and all candidates had to answer the same questions. 2nd interview included an assignment which was quite difficult mostly due to the time alloted to complete it (60 mins).
