Low-key discussion with local director and hiring manager. It was a really comfortable conversation about the work and what the environment was like, with some questions to get at whether I would be a good fit for the role

Setting up and scheduling the interview was easy. The interview itself was a discussion with the hiring manager and the senior manager, and the conversation lasted about an hour. Questions included some about my education and background, and some high-level, easy technical questions, and they were very receptive to my questions for them.
