Entretien
There was no interview to be a contractor, I was already an intern at the company that was a client of BCforward. They set everything up. BCforward contacted me about an offer and I had to reply with my acceptance or rejection of their offer.
The interview was pretty straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary. It depends on whatever the client is looking for and what they need done. You typically interview with the client.

Entretien
Communications, Planning, questions about background and also future prospects on specific industry and positions. Also, had to sign a non competition agreement . Next discuss the company's policies and what partners the company works with. Overall the hiring and interview process was very straight forward.
