Lengthy! The process started with and enquiry for interest in a vacancy from Linkedin, followed by a 30min telephone interview. This was followed shortly by a video interview which I found the most challenging. Once at the offices I was interviewed by HR, Engineering, and the Ops director. A 15min presentation turned into a 45min event as continually challenged by the Ops director - it is his job and I soon realised it was part of the challenge. A factory tour completed the 1/2 day. Two days later I had to complete three on-line exams in maths, physco testing, and practical reasoning.
