Interview process was straight forward. Initial talk with recruiter. Discussed background and medical device experience. Second round telephonic interview with Hiring Manager. Third telephonic round with Director and one systems engineer. Fourth round was Onsite. At the site, it was half day interview. Got an offer after 2 days. The role and team was amazing. I had to decline as the salary was way too low for San Jose with No relocation. Less room for negotiation as they were out of budget. Fortunately I also have multiple better Job offers in hand.
