I had an interview with two people from the group. They asked standard questions and provided detailed information about the job itself. It was a very casual, informal, and laid back environment.

Recruiter proactively reached out to me to see if I was interested in a similar role at the company. We connected via email and then for a call and they asked me to apply for the role. They had been in process of connecting with the hiring manager for next steps, and it's now been two months and they've completely ghosted. Leaves a bad impression that they were originally pursuing me as a candidate, and yet can't be bothered to even respond or confirm that they will not be moving forward with my candidacy. This has been a poor candidate experience and I not be inclined to work with this company in the future.
