I had 6 interviews with different managers because panel interviews could not be organized, meaning I had to repeat about the same information on 6 separate occasions, not counting the primary screening with the HR person. Some of the hiring managers were very open and the interview soon became a professional discussion or dialogue, while others just asked me the questions they needed to and then said "Bye!". On the bright side, after the entire process the HR person called me and let me know they chose another candidate, who already had experience working for a global company.
