Typical interview process. HR screening, hiring manager, another finance manager, VP of finance and another HR. The particular hiring manager requested more interviews. Everyone gave their background first and then asked about you.

Entretien
Met with company representatives at a career fair and was invited for final round of interviews. Company paid for travel expenses and met with five people from different finance divisions. Overall the interviews were personality and leadership type questions. The culture was collaborative and work life balance was also stressed.
