3 rounds, the first being a recorded video interview, the next with two current EDPs, and then the final was an on-site interview, with the first half being four 40 min interviews back to back, then the second half was tours of the site.

2. Hiring Manager Interview via teams - 60 minutes
3. Director level screening also via teams - 60 minutes

Questions tied to BDs values and how you fit into it, your experiences, handling of difficult stakeholders, scenario-based questions
It was easy. They reached out to me and I accepted then I couldn’t sleep for days out of excitement for this interview. Then on the day of the interview I flung out of bed and clapped my feet.
I had a 30-minute initial phone screening. The interviewer asked about my background, previous experience, why I was interested in the role, and some general behavioral questions. The conversation was overall straightforward and conversational.
