They came to campus and interviewed me based on my resume and more behavioral questions. It turned into an hour long conversation, where I was able to talk about all the things on my resume and about my personality with a friendly convo. I really enjoyed talking to them as they are great people and felt good about it. Later, I received an offer right away. They mentioned that only selected around 12 people or so, and I was really surprised that I got the offer. However, when looking at the things I will be able to work on, it didn't really align with my career goals in the Computer Science industry, so I had to decline the offer. It was nothing bad on their part, it was just a personal decision that I had to think about for a long time. But everything was great, and they were really approachable, and I would definitely apply to this company if I get the chance and it aligns with my career goals in the future.

Behavioral focused. There was two people where both were present the entire time. One was a manager who asked the questions during the first half, and the second was a much younger associate who was in the final stages of the training program who asked the questions during the second half. Weren't super dressed up, pretty relaxed.
