Hiring Manager initially set up a phone screen to discuss background and fit for the position. Next step was an on-site interview. I was scheduled to interview with 5 people from different functions of the company( R&D,Manufacturing, operations etc) in half hour time slots. Some interviewers asked technical questions related to flow cytometry. Others asked about background and experience.
