Two interview process, both through video chat, wage is not really negotiable, california start is $15 and maybe will increase$17 if you're lucky. Easy onboard process. Took about a week or two

Online technology test. Telephone interview with recruiter. Telephone interview with the Field Operations Manager. Hired.
It is apparent that between the online technology aptitude test, drug test and very thorough background investigation, that this company has a very hard time finding applicants that can qualify to be hired. It is a shame that they do absolutely nothing to retain good people or express any appreciation for their efforts.
If you can pass the test, the drug screen and have a clean background they will hire you.
