I had a deeply disappointing experience with BE FORWARD’s hiring process. I went through four rounds of interviews over more than a month, during which I prepared diligently and communicated promptly.
After the so-called "final" interview, I was invited again for a fifth meeting under the pretext of internal reorganization, only to wait more than 10 days without any feedback. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no updates until I firmly demanded a proper explanation.
The rejection finally came with a long email stating internal changes, comparison with another candidate, and vague competency differences—none of which were communicated transparently during the process. Worse, the position I initially applied for was canceled after the interviews.
This reflects poor coordination, a lack of respect for candidates' time, and unprofessional delay in communication. I invested my time in good faith, but this process felt exploitative and inconsiderate.
