Applied for software developer role. Technical recruiter reached out with a list of experience related questions where they wanted to see my recent projects with examples (how do you provide recent projects from professional / industry experience?), answer questions on API usage and Azure history, and a REQUIREMENT of a coding assessment to be done in C#. When I gave my response and thoughts to these questions and asked a few clarifying questions, I was denied and the recruiter never responded. Definitely an outlier for me in the interview process.

They are using KARAT system which 3rd party interview company, When I join the KARAT system, the user joined the interview very late and their system frozed. Also the interviewer has automation engineer background who does not have programing experience made my interview and he does not have knowledge about progrmaing language and i think he was reading script on the background. He was cutting my words always, and they never give your permission to complete your sentence. KARAT absolutely does not allow you to show your potentials. I strongly suggest dont get KARAT interview and try to get interview with real software engineer instead of KARAT.......
