I interviewed with 6 different members of the team in a casual and conversational manner. They were spread out over two different days, with three interviews back to back on each day.

1 HR intro call; then several rounds with the account leads you'll potentially be working with. Did not take too long to hear about whether or not you'd be moving forward in the process.

What types of organizational processes would you suggest?
Good experience with the recruiter. I met with about 3 different people and everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The timing of the interviews were not too spread out and I got my offer not too long after my initial meeting.
