They'll take you around the warehouse and will ask if you're sure you want the job atleast 6x in a group. Then afterwards you'll have a one on one interview. Make sure you mention case picking, efficiency ratings, or anything similar. The interviewer doesn't do too much research about surrounding facilities. So you have to pass the eye test and show knowledge that you would know what you're doing.
