Interview was fairly standard on Teams, consisting of three management staff, it seemed like an excuse for them to puff out their chest and was not needed in my opinion. Each management asked questions that were situational/ experience based related to role. I expressed my interest in the role, and some of my qualifications. Interviewer accused me of getting off topic which I didn't agree with however. Asked good, concise questions. I was told I would hear something shortly after, except I never did. I had to check the status on website to find out I was not retained.
