Really friendly and chatty interviewers. Had a list of set questions ready to ask and compare with other candidates. One interviewer was a stand -in, due to absences. There are over 80 HR professionals working in same open offices, they have a shared service focus and lots of 'cells'. The L&D function was highly spoken of and very supportive for personal development. The volume and niche area of the role didn't suit my generalist drive and varied background. The one thing that let the side down was constructive feedback, there was only a positive but nothing to take from the process for development.
