1st interview is from hireview, a video recorded interview, 2nd interview is with the team head and principal, last interview was with the team's Vice President. Overall, the vibe was warm and friendly, you won't feel the corporate ladder gap
Initial video screen - immediate
One round of technical questions - after 3 weeks
Very specific questions to filter for exact technical experience
then one round of behavioural questions - arranged time in one - two days

Entretien
This was quite easy process typical style and format as elsewhere process was much easier in comparision to other mining majors. Format was typical star style which I suggest reviewing before attending interview.
Interview managed by specialized Talent Acquisition team. Uses video interview software and well coordinated steps and emails communication leading to eventual hire. Centralised, regional team approach with coordination with hiring manager in location
