Don't bother applying. They (like all tech companies these days) don't respect your time. - Recruiter round (showed up late) - Hiring Manager round - Take home assessment - ghosted on takehome with subsequent messages to the recruiter all ignored
The HR called after reviewing the application and asked for some core Java questions for which I did answer and they scheduled the second level of interview. The Hiring manager seems to be not at all interested in reviewing from the very first minute and was asking very vague questions and his motive of not to select the candidacy was very much visible. This is the first interview where I would have rejected the offer even if its offered. Highly disappointing and seems to be very gender biased interview.

Entretien
The interview process was extremely smooth and efficient. The recruiter Crshonda was amazing and made the process a breeze. The recruitment team reached out to me and the entire process upto offer was done is less than 4 weeks which says a lot about the way Bill moves! The people I met were extremely kind and talented. If the technology was a match I would have loved to work here for years.
