The interview process was very efficiently and friendly at the beginning. And I understand that interview may be missed by the interviewer because of lots of meetings, but I didn't get the interview result 2 weeks after which I was told it would be. So I wrote an email to follow up and didn't get reply. Then one month later, I wrote another one since I was really interested in that position. However, still no reply. I believe it would be very polite to reply me with an rejection or offer after the interview.
