Following a standard phone interview, I was flown out to US corporate headquarters in Lake Oswego, OR. I met with the manager of the regional CRA group, several in-house CRAs, a teleconference with several regional CRAs, the manager of the clinical monitoring and the VP of research and development. The interview lasted a full business day and included an informal, friendly lunch.
