Quite extensive process, with several rounds involving the current Chief of Staff, Chief AI Officer and a case study with the Head of Engineering and Head of Quant. It gave a really good overview of the role and exposure to all the relevant people. The interviews were definitely challenging, The team seemed very smart and interesting overall. Even though the role was already filled, they still checked internally for other opportunities, which I appreciated.
