I applied online, got a call from a talent recruiter, and was offered a virtual interview with the nurse manager of the unit I applied to. The interview was about 45 minutes long, and the interviewer asked me some questions and told me more about the floor. The interviewer did ask me two extremely similar questions about conflict with a coworker, which caught me off guard.

The questions are relevant and the overall interview process is very easy to navigate. Highly recommend working for bjc! Usually there is a phone interview and then an in person interview, following that.
Quick phone interview with department management and supervisors. An offer was made shortly after interview process. The questions were relevant and about prioritization. Some questions about recalling examples that demonstrate behaviors and reactions to circumstances.
