There are at least 3 interview rounds. The first round is with the recruiting manager, which is a technical round (usually a questionnairre) which has to be completed and sent back in a certain time. The second round is a more detailed personality gauging round. The 3rd round is usually with the Director, and finally there may or may not be a round with the world wide VP of pre sales. The interview processes are fair and balanced and are generally technically probing, along with focus on communications and motivation to work. The pre sales is one of the best run orgs in BMC.
