Difficult but interesting interview process.
Three stages:
1) Written test to be done at home (no time limit)
2) Interview and timed written test
3) Final Interview
The written tests and interviews really do test on your economics and current affairs knowledge, so do read up! Also, the interviewers did ask one or two questions on economic events which happened a few years ago. I would say that it is more important that you get your economic concepts right and read up on current affairs so that you can link your concepts to real world issues.
Both written tests were 100% on economics. But don't worry, they do provide weblinks for the timed written test.
The first interview was maybe 75% economics/ job-related questions and 25% questions about myself. 2 interviewers for this stage.
The final interview was 100% economics questions. 1 interviewer for this stage.
