Liked the intrview structure...!!! However there is no training fr contractors which is a problem that weneed to runaround figuring it out ourselves

Pretty straight forward process - discuss with HR/recruiter, meet with current team members, meet with department lead. No take home cases, strictly review of past experience and cultural fit.
The process was well-defined and the next steps + timelines were all clearly communicated.

Recruiter contacted me within 2 weeks of the application and schedule an on-site interview the next day. Interviewer wasn’t prepared and Gossiped about company and plans rather that asking questions. Very unprofessional. Did not get any feedback for two weeks and finally they told me that their filled a position internally. Why waste my time, could have rejected me after a phone interview.
