I walked in the branch and gave the branch manager my resume. He called me back for an in-branch interview next week with all three branch managers. Interview was easy and about 15 min.
Then I got a call back and met with the HR manager downtown the following week. That went about 20 min mostly on general questions and signing some documents. I was hired on the spot

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
