Applied online via its official website, received digital interview invitation around 1-2 weeks after application. First round with HR, second round with branch manager. Both are digital interview and it lasted for approx. 30 mins. They would get back to you in few days if you are selected.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
