It was smooth, the experience was warm, friendly, and conversational in nature. I had a one sided interview initially, based on that I was shortlisted for a branch role. They didn't grill me, it was mainly a sales job so having sales / front facing experience would help a lot.

online pre recording interview, They have a interview website that you can record yourself for answering 12 questions in total. I have finished the interview two weeks ago and not hear anything back
