Entretien
Applied online through the relevant website, received a letter/email inviting me to a selection day. This consisted of aptitude tests such as English, Maths and Problem solving. There was then a group exercise to gauge teamwork, followed by a hands-on practical aptitude test. Upon success of this stage, you are then invited back for an interview, one-on-one and in-person with a manager. After the interview, it was a matter of weeks before I had an initial job offer over the phone, in which I accepted, and then started the apprenticeship.

The formal written maths test was difficult, and the hands-on practical involved building a tower out of plates of metal and nuts and bolts, which was stressful when under the pressure of being timed! The interview consisted of questions such as "what sort of things are important to have and be aware of before starting a large-scale project"

The interviews are 3 rounds in total. 1st is HR call and 2nd is with Hiring manager, 3rd is Hiring manager/director. Mainly behavioral interviews and relatively found it easy. It took about a month in total for the whole process, it takes a week for the next interview.

Tell me the time you got into multiple projects and how do you manage them.
Tell me how you plan to be for the first month.
First there was an online iglo assesment test, which consisted of brain teaser quesrions. Then i was invited for a technical interview for the position. The overall process was smooth. The interview lasted 1 hour.
Took 2 rounds of interview.
Online - to test if u are using English skill well
Face to face - took 30minutes for that.
Took overalls 2month to get offer and everything
