They were friendly people who were not strict and to the point at all. We went off on side conversations about various topics not related to the job at all. They were very knowledgeable on the subject matter and understood there were certain things I did not have experience with. My initial interview was with a recruiter who then passed me off to their HR who set up the actual interviewer with the team leads.
