Very good process, met with key hiring people in local office and used webex (in office) to meet with others in distant office. My biggest complaint is that employers (and BNY is very guilty) will ghost potential hires. When I apply, have a phone interview and then in-person interviews, it is horrible with HR can't even tell you if you got the job or not???
