J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez BOLD Marketing Strategies (Indianapolis, IN) en juin 2012
Entretien
The hiring and interview process was a three step process.
Step 1: It was an initial interview with the president of the company. It was fairly brief, about 15 minutes long where she asked a few questions about myself and then explained that their client is AT&T and the goal is to expand their market share in Indianapolis.
Step 2: I really enjoyed the second step because it gave me the opportunity to see what an actual day would be like. The position is not for everyone but it is for some and it gave me the chance to make the decision for myself rather than what others have to say. The account reps who showed the process broke down their business model in great detail and let me know that it would be hard work and that not everyone is cut out but the reward of actually having my own business was what made sense to me.
They laid everything out on the table for me to decide whether it would be a good fit for me and let me know that not everyone is successful which was a great challenge for me.
Step 3: I sat down with the HR Director after filling out another questionnaire to talk about what would make me a good fit and if I think I could do it.
