Great interview process! The interview makes you realize that they really care about culture and making sure you'll be set up for success in the long run, as well as the employees you'll be working with.

There were three rounds of interviews, one with HR and two other with the members from the hiring team. Initially HR was handling the communication and scheduling and then the actual hiring managers jumped in with the email comms and this ended up a bit all over the place with scheduling. There was a lot of rescheduling that ended up happening but finally was able to have the remaining video interviews with the rest of the team. After going through three rounds of video interviews over the span of about three weeks, there was also an in-person interview which was the last step of the interview process. Overall everything went pretty well, but unfortunately after the in-person interview, I never got an update on the status of the application even after multiple follow ups. It just felt like my time was undervalued especially after going through all the interviews and steps to prepare for the stimulation interview exercise. It would have been nice to get an update from the team or HR on the job status after going through so many rounds. Was disappointed since the company seemed like a good company but I felt like I wasted so much time in this process to end up being ghosted.
