Il processo di colloquio si articola in tre fasi principali: inizialmente si svolgono test attitudinali per valutare le capacità logiche e analitiche; successivamente si partecipa a un case study di gruppo per osservare teamwork e problem solving; infine è previsto un colloquio con il team.
