There was an initial phone screen set up by someone in HR. I asked about the hiring process and was given a vague response. I sent a thank you email and after a w

whole month of thinking I was ghosted, with no follow-up, I received an email asking me to a panel interview. The language in the email
made it seemed as if my original interview was a day or two before, no acknowledgement of the time that had passed, etc.
The first panel was with 4 individuals, one being the CPO which I appreciated, due to his level of engagement and intentionality. The
panel asked about my qualifications and
questions specific to how I'd complete the role. 2 weeks later, I was invited to a second panel interview with additional BRIC team members
and an established partner. The interview started late because 2 of the 3 interviewers were not on time. The questions asked here, were around how I'd work with these
departments and outside partners to fulfill the role. I could tell when someone was reading from a script which removed their ability to act in a genuine manner. This second interview
was weird, to say the least from the energy of those interviewing me and the energy in the Zoom room. I did not move on to the next level which was fine by me. As an interviewee, I am
also interviewing the organization. My experience from the beginning, felt a bit off-putting and like there were some organizational challenges that I did not need to
be a part of.
