I apply for the open position through their website with portfolio and resume and got scheduled for interview on video call. The interviewer are very approachable and knowledgeable, in general very friendly.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter who said my profile interested the design manager. I had a screening call with the recruiter, sent all my materials, and waited for a follow up. After reviewing my portfolio, BRP contacted me for a follow interview with the lead recruiter and the design manager. The interview went very well, but I was not offered a position.
