a few stages online followed by telephone call then a 3 and a half hour interview process which included a discussion and role play then interview. Very unique! You have to be yourself and make sure to be apart of the discussions whilst being monitored throughout the whole process. You need to be prepared to be put to the test in situations which you may be in the role you have applied for. I think the main thing is the type of person you are whether you have done this kind of work or not. People are encouraged to apply from all different back rounds to bring different qualities to the business .
