So this was a pool campus opportunity which was introduced to us by our college TPO. First there was an online test consisting of essay writing, QA, Logical Reasoning, and Chat Simulation. After test was cleared, next day we were invited to a different college (in physical) where shortlisted students gathered and there happened a MCQ test of simple management questions regarding office. After that shortlisted students from MCQ were moved for GD. After that further shortlisting was done and very few students got selected for Technical/HR interview. Mostly questions were asked related to your mentioned skills and internships in your resume. And according to the mood of HR he/she may divert from the technical and may ask you questions on your hobbies and passion. After clearing this round the HR instantly told me that "You are very much selected we will send the confirmation to your TPO" and the selected students are moved for Job Overview Session where they will be briefed about job role and responsibilities. Please note that recruitment process varies from college to college so there may be slight changes in your case.
