Interviewers prioritize Koreans and Indians because they assume they will work long hours without raising a fuss. Also like ability for Korean workers to talk directly to Korean engineers.

first, I had a phone screen and they schedule skype interview, staff was nice, I guess their benefit was kind of good too. they were kinda so I was not nervous during the interview.
