Initial call from HR was for inviting on immediate next day interview, 4 Rounds included a) Aptitude + Short essay on a strange looking image, b) Senior Management individual interview for checking behavioral and mindset, c) technical interview asking questions on how to handle real time scenarios (here both had very good and friendly conversation ), d) HR round, asked reason of change, expecting salary, personal details, commitment to join this company. Overall it was very good and amazing experience in whole process.
